This was so good!! The only thing I changed was I did half salsa and half rotel. I also added black beans and corn just because I thought it needed a few more ingredients....yumm!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
This was VERY good!!!! I soaked the bread crumbs in the milk and then added this mushy mixture to the meat. I added a half of an onion chopped and two cloves of garlic chopped. I also added a few slashes of worsteshire sauce, and a half a can of tomato sauce into the meat. I poured the remaining tomato sauce on top of the meatloaf. I did use the cubed cheese and cut them into smaller cubes, it was great this way. We had leftovers and it was just as great the next day. Next time I'm going to try it with beef and see which one I like better but the turkey was awesome! Thanks for the recipe!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
I had only made chili like 2 times before and this was was definitely the best!! I did make my own real bacon bits, then sauteed the onions, peppers, celery, and garlic in the bacon drippings. I browned the hamburger meat and sausage. The rest is simple, just add everything in the same pot! I used one big can of diced tomatoes and one big can of diced tomatoes with the basil seasoning. I also only used 3 cans of beans (one with the spicy sauce and 2 drained) instead of 4....3 was plenty to me. I also used brown sugar instead of white as others had suggested. We couldn't wait till the next day to eat it cause it smelt too good so we ate it that night and it was delicious....even better the next night, and the night after....and so on! haha This is very good and will be my chili recipe from now on. You should definately give this one a try! Thanks!

This was very good!!! Not spicy to me at all, only thing i would do next time is leave out the whole tomatoes....i ended up chopping them up before i put em in because it just didn't look right. other than that it was delicious......but watch out IT MAKES A TON!!!! I think mine made about 3-4 servings more than it said. Thanks again!

Stuffed Chicken Valentino

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
This turned out very good. But because I had read previous reviews I made a lot of the italian seasoning mixture, added a little to the inside of the chicken with the peppers and cheese. and also once the chicken was rolled up, I rolled them in the seasoning mixture so it covered the outside of the breasts, I think this gave it a lot more flavor. I also broiled a little mozzarella cheese on the tops. Then baked at 350F for about 25 mins and it was done.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
Delicious! First I breaded the chicken in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumb mixture(which i added a little garlic salt)....i just think that helps it to stay on the best. Then I cooked the chicken in olive oil, topped with a little spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese and broiled it for a few mins until cheese started to turn a little brown....served over spaghetti. VERY GOOD!!!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
This was sooooooo good, tasted like something I would order at an Italian restaurant. With the cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese, the sauce was too thick for me...i added water 1/2c. at a time until it got to the consistency I wanted. Also, if you are going to double the sauce like I did, DO NOT double the Italian seasoning (IT IS VERRRRRY SALTY) in fact I would even cut down on the amount it calls for because before I started adding the water it was too salty and thick, then it got JUST RIGHT!! and oh soooooo yummy!! I added fresh mushrooms and red bell pepper. My husband thought it was delicious and he's not a pasta guy. Thanks!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
WOW this was sooooooo good! Instead of the flour, I used bread crumbs, then browned the chicken in the butter...then i put the chicken in a separate pan into the oven (cause i thought if it cooked in the sauce it would get too soggy) meanwhile in the pan i browned the chicken in, I made the sauce and added a little bit of grated Parmesan cheese (which made it even better)....then when the chicken was done I took it out and poured the sauce over it. It was still a little crispy from the bread crumbs and the sauce was just DELICIOUS!!!! This is one of my favorites I've tried on this website. Definitely give this recipe a try you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thanks!!

Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
This was very good, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my mom makes one that is much better, with AMERICAN cheese, cream of chicken soup, and green chilis. After having hers I can only give this one 4 stars haha but still it was very good.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
YUM YUM YUM!!!!!!! It was delicious!....to the bread crumb mixture I also added onion powder and garlic powder...and took others advice on lining the bottom of the pan with bread crumbs so the chicken doesn't get soggy. I also breaded the chicken in flour before dipping into the garlic butter, which helped the bread crumb mixture stick a lot better! It turned out sooooo moist and delicious, will defiantly go into the rotation. thank you!!

Roasted New Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2008
These were very good!! The only change I made was that I omitted the thyme, so I just used olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper. I tossed them every 10 mins or so to make sure they didn't burn, then when they were done I broiled them for about 2 mins to make the edges crispy. Turned out delicious!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

This dish was awesome!! The only change I made was instead of just adding the green chilis, I added a can of ro-tel with chilis, and used the rotisserie chicken from HEB. This is one of my favorite recipes I've tried on this website and will defiantly make again. Thanks so much!!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
I had never had green bean casserole before but I made this one for Thanksgiving and everyone went on and on about how good it was, I even thought it was really good. I added the french fried onions inside and on the top, omitted the sugar, and used about half the amount of cheese. Turned out great and I will defiantly be making these for more family gatherings!! Thanks!!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
I cooked the garlic in a pan with olive oil and added in the fresh spinach...it reduced down A LOT!! I pounded the chicken to about 1/2inch and didnt have any toothpicks so just filled with the spinach and then folded the other half of the chicken over it, it worked great and looked very pretty! This was very good but my chicken turned out a little dry, so maybe the cook time should be reduced. The pepperjack cheese is yummy!!

Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2007
my potatoes turned out very creamy and yummy! although I don't think it's necessary to cook in the oven that long, all you need is to melt the cheese on top and they will be good to go. they taste like a big baked potato, although a lot more work that a baked potato...but it is still a good recipe, especially for a group of people. I will most likely make these for our family gatherings. Thanks!
