About this Cook
I am a new mommy of a beautiful baby boy....he is pretty much the cutest thing I've ever seen! I live with my boyfriend and we just bought a house together. I love to cook and finding this website was heaven for me cause I can try new recipes and get others opinions on them and it ALWAYS turns out GREAT!!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook chicken, pork, and steak pretty much. I try new things on here all the time and its always a success. Eventually I will work my way up to more complex recipes but for now I'm having fun just trying a few out.
My cooking triumphs
With lots of trial and error cooking, I can now say I am an awesome cook. :)
My cooking tragedies
I burnt things for a while, haha, and some things wouldn't turn out too good but now I've got it down and everything turns out great.

Oh-So-Good Chicken
This was so good!! The only thing I changed was I did half salsa and half rotel. I also added black beans and corn just because I thought it needed a few more ingredients....yumm!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
This was VERY good!!!! I soaked the bread crumbs in the milk and then added this mushy mixture to the meat. I added a half of an onion chopped and two cloves of garlic chopped. I also added a few slashes of worsteshire sauce, and a half a can of tomato sauce into the meat. I poured the remaining tomato sauce on top of the meatloaf. I did use the cubed cheese and cut them into smaller cubes, it was great this way. We had leftovers and it was just as great the next day. Next time I'm going to try it with beef and see which one I like better but the turkey was awesome! Thanks for the recipe!
