How can you screw this recipe up? I just cut into the first of my two loaves and it's perfect. And I didn't even measure the ingredients! I just eyeballed everything (except the flour, which I roughly measured by partially filling a 4-cup container). My loaves took about 50 minutes. It came out moist, dense, and perfectly tasty. Exactly what banana bread should be, in my opinion. For the few who had problems with this recipe, I can't possibly imagine how much must have gone wrong while you were making it.
