Delicious! I added about a cup of fresh chopped green beans, omitted the tapioca and bread as suggested and used cornstarch instead...and added a little more water with an extra bullion cube.
I browned the beef with 1/4 cup of red wine and 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
Lastly, I added some fresh Thyme that I had and a teaspoon of Cumin.
I had a hard time fitting all ingredients into a 9x13" baking dish, but I made it work.
I cooked at 325 for 2 hours and 20 minutes instead of 375.
Delicious, will definitely make this again!
