Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
This was very good. I added left over ham and green chopped onions to make this a meal in itself. I used half and half instead of heavy cream but left everything else the same.

Carol's Chicken Salad
Yum, this was so good. I also added granny smith apples and dried cranberry's and 1/4 tsp. of dill weed. Left out the water chestnuts though.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
This was amazing. I made it for my dad's b-day party last weekend and everyone loved it. I did have suggestions of putting this into a graham cracker crust... I will try this next time but I bet it's good. I served it with granny apples, nilla wafers and graham cracker sticks.
