Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
I just made this recipe tonight. It is very good. I would suggest cooking on 400 for at least 9 minutes. I followed some of the reviewers advice to cook only for 8 minutes on 375 and they were not done and fell flat. I cooked the second batch longer at 400 and they are perfect. I guest everything depends on your oven. I have a convection oven so they turned out very even. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Golden Sweet Cornbread
Excellent cornbread! I used exactly what the recipe called for except a 1/8 cup extra oil and it turned out moist and light. I soaked the corn meal in the milk for 10 minutes and then mixed the batter with a hand mixer for 5 minutes to add some air to make it light and fluffy. It was just sweet enough, but not too sweet. I was a hit at the chili dinner. The guys wanted to take it all home, including the recipe.

Taco Salad I
This is a great recipe. I substituted the French dressing for Catalina dressing and found it to be better. I only used about 2/3 of the bottle instead of the whole thing. Also this recipe make a lot so it is good for social events.
