Tofu Parmigiana

Fantastic recipe! I used organic tofu and it turned out wonderfully, tasting like breaded ricotta cheese. I prepared the tofu a little differently however. First, I dredged it in flour, then coated it with beaten egg in a shallow dish, and finally into the breadcrumbs. I baked it at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until the tofu was crispy and set, and continued with the recipe as posted. Tasted wonderful, thanks so much for a great dish that I can serve to vegetarian friends!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Makes a very tasty and soft-dough cinnimon roll - just wonderful. Will make again for sure! I found that the filling was a bit too much and ended up using less, with leftover brown sugar/cinnamon. Next time i'll make it with less filling.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Very simple, quick and easy. Not too much seasoning is added to the salmon so that the true taste of the fish stands out. A wonderful recipie, will make over and over again.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

i used butter instead of the butter flavoured shortening and the cookies turned out great! everyone in my dorm liked them a lot. they were the perfect texture - definatly a keeper.

Best Brownies

wonderfully chewy and fudgy, however i found these to be a bit sweet. next time i plan on reducing the sugar to 3/4 cup. i added chocolate chips and they turned out great!

Amish White Bread

Turned out great, i halved the recipie and used regular flour - great results, very soft and sweet. Whenever i made bread in the past it was very hard and tough - i have finally found a recipie that turned out super! Wonderful results.
