Easy Focaccia

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
This was delicious! I had never made focaccia before so was a bit nervous, but it turned out great. The only thing I changed was reducing the rosemary and Parmesan. 1 tbsp. of each was enough for me, but that is just preference.

Chicken Pesto Paninis

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
Oh my word this was delicious! The only thing I changed was using roasted deli turkey instead of diced chicken, but I'm sure chicken would be just as tasty. This was a very flavorful and easy dish!

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
I made this for dinner tonight and it was SO good. The sauce was creamy and delicious. The only suggestion I have it to perhaps make more of the sauce. I used a 12 oz. box of pasta and it was just enough to cover it all. I'll definitely be making this again.

Clone of a Cinnabon

This recipe was delicious and easy! I made exactly as directed for breakfast this morning and it was wonderful. It does take a bit of time (to let the dough rise) so plan ahead!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
Moist and delicious! Loved the cream cheese and pecan topping. I used real pumpkin and added 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice as others had suggested. Wonderful recipe!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
I may have done something wrong, but I had WAY too much sauce. I would either cut back or be sure to only put on only what you need, not the whole thing! Also, I agree with some of the other reviewers that the gouda does not melt well at all. I would definitely add some mozzarella to hold everything together.

BREAKSTONE'S Creamy Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2009
This turned out fine, but the soup filling really wasn't doing it for me. I don't think I'll be making this again.

Goat Cheese Stuffed Lamb Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
This is delicious and easy! I made it for dinner tonight and my husband and I devoured it! The meat is quite moist and tender and very flavorful. I did cut back on the salt and pepper a bit. Also, since I don't have a grill I just put the burgers under the broiler for a bit and it worked perfectly. Served on hamburger buns with tzatziki.
