Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

LOVE LOVE LOVE this easy recipe!! My 3 kids are picky eaters & always ask for 2nd's! As I type this Im making it - my daughter who is sick just came downstairs & said "mom, it smells SO could, I cant wait to have some". I double the recipe so I can freeze 1/2 for later. I use roastier (sp?) chicken frm Costco. Also frozen "Homestyle" Egg Noodles (by the frozen ravioli etc) - they make the soup extra delish!! I put them in frozen as I cook the soup. It is much better the next day - after the spices,etc.. marinate!
