About this Cook
i live in parramatta, sydney. apparently a cook delights in seeing other people enjoy the food she/he cooked. But not me. i am the sort of person who'd rather have a share myself too. i enjoy (apart from cooking) are dancing; acting; creating things on the computer like webpages, banners etc. ; spending time with friends and family (and feeding them till they burst, and glaring at them till they compliment the food).
My favorite things to cook
i love baking/making desserts but not really a fan of sweet things. i love spicy food, so i enjoy cooking that too for my own enjoyment since no one in my family is big on spices.
My favorite family cooking traditions
dont have a lot of family cooking traditions. oh wait. our family loves this indian lentil soup and enjoys making it too, and when i say our family i mean like the whole family loves it. we also have the most interesting marinate which i will post as soon as i convert my eye measurements into actual measurements.
My cooking triumphs
i make (not bragging or anything) the best asian stir-fries and one day i will have intellect enough to write the recipes down so that the stir-fry doesn't vary every time.
My cooking tragedies
i once dropped a fake nail into an omelet that i made. accident obviously (probably).

Excellent Oatmeal Cookies
used 1 and a half cups of flour. used almonds instead of walnuts and increased the quantity of almonds added. added raisins and dried currents. added 2 table spoons of peanut butter. cooked it for fifteen minutes. used only half a teaspoon of salt. used only one egg. also used self raising flour instead of baking powder etc. got good results, great cookie texture and if your cookie is crumbling use your head and put fewer nuts in add more flour and another egg. though their should be no problem as i only used 1 egg and extra nuts. i also rolled the mixture into balls and then flattened it after placing it onto the cookie tray and giving them space is essential since they spread. the result was an exceptionally good cookie with excellent almond-y/nutty flavor.

Zucchini Alfredo
the recipe needs some changes like: forget the zucchini and basil combo cause its the biggest clash of flavors ever designed to make you hate zucchini forever.
