Milk Braised Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2014
Loved this recipe. Made it as posted and wouldn't change a thing. Simple with great results just don't have your heat too high during the braising period and vent it as stated and you will have nice tender meat.

Shredded Beef for Tacos

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
Great recipe, I make it about once a week and it freezes well. The only changes I made are adding some diced fresh tomatoes, about 4, a can of diced green chilies and, as I like my meat a tad more spicy, 1/2 to 1 cup of my favorite hot sauce. I also leave out the wine as the juices from the extras I add makes it unnecessary. Works great for tacos, nachos, chimichangas, tostadas, enchiladas, and even sandwiches on pita bread. Great recipe DPULLIAM, thank you.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2008
Great chops. I followed the recommendations of other reviewers and added the onion and garlic powders to both the egg and cracker crumbs. I also added some Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce to the egg, AWESOME. Moist, tender, and great tasting. Thanks for the recipe.

Good recipe, hearty and filling. My chops came out tender, but dry. Will make again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
Simply gorgeous...... I did make a few simple changes.... I stir fried the chicken in butter and garlic, used 2 1/4 cups chicken broth to boil the vegetables and chicken in, instead of water, which left me exactly 1 3/4 cups of very flavorful stock. Used the stock in the sauce, phenominal..... Also followed suggestion of other reviewer and pre-baked bottom crust. *****
