Won Ton Snacks
Everyone loves these! Bags of broccoli slaw make great filling after a few seconds in the food processor. The peanut sauce is the secret ingredient.

Mini Meatloaves
Very good base meatloaf recipe. I add a chopped onion and use bbq sauce instead of ketchup. Also substituted panko breadcrumbs for quick oats. I bake these on a rack on a cookie sheet and it drains the grease nicely. Husband and I eat them on buns at least once a week.
