Butterscotch Bread Pudding

This is absolutely awesome! I'm not a big fan of bread pudding normally, but this was so good I couldn't stop eating it. I have made it to take to parties a few times and its quickly eaten up.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

This recipe was delicious! The salad dressing portion was the best. I took it over to a Thanksgiving dinner and the hostess pleaded with me to leave the leftovers-- and for the recipe! I would definately make this again.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It gave me a simple and quick way to make the usual chicken breast dinner a little more interesting. Everyone really enjoyed it. Something I think I will make again!

Cheeseburger Soup I

Spicy Orange Beef

My husband and I both liked this recipe fairly well. I think I will make the dish again, however I will cut back a little on the orange marmalade and pepper. The amount of pepper they suggest made it a little too spicy for my tastes.

Extreme Crepes

In general the recipe wasn't bad. However, I thought there was a little too much sugar for my tastes. Also, it did take me a few tries to get the hang of the right amount of batter to pour into the pan. I thought this recipe was rather time consuming, thought I think if you plan on taking the time and want to make something more "special" this recipe is worth it.

Peanut Noodles

I enjoyed this recipe quite a bit. However, if I do make this again I think I will reduce the amount of peanut oil...it seemed to be too much making things a little on the greasy side. Also, you should note that this dish is quite filling. We had plenty of left-overs.
