Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
This is absolutely awesome! I'm not a big fan of bread pudding normally, but this was so good I couldn't stop eating it. I have made it to take to parties a few times and its quickly eaten up.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2002
This recipe was delicious! The salad dressing portion was the best. I took it over to a Thanksgiving dinner and the hostess pleaded with me to leave the leftovers-- and for the recipe! I would definately make this again.

Alice Chicken

I really enjoyed this recipe. It gave me a simple and quick way to make the usual chicken breast dinner a little more interesting. Everyone really enjoyed it. Something I think I will make again!

My husband and I enjoyed this hearty soup. It was unique and had a good flavor and texture to it. I think it is also something kids would enjoy eating too.

Spicy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2001
My husband and I both liked this recipe fairly well. I think I will make the dish again, however I will cut back a little on the orange marmalade and pepper. The amount of pepper they suggest made it a little too spicy for my tastes.

Extreme Crepes

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2001
In general the recipe wasn't bad. However, I thought there was a little too much sugar for my tastes. Also, it did take me a few tries to get the hang of the right amount of batter to pour into the pan. I thought this recipe was rather time consuming, thought I think if you plan on taking the time and want to make something more "special" this recipe is worth it.

Peanut Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2001
I enjoyed this recipe quite a bit. However, if I do make this again I think I will reduce the amount of peanut oil...it seemed to be too much making things a little on the greasy side. Also, you should note that this dish is quite filling. We had plenty of left-overs.

Tom Ka Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup)

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2001
I did not like this recipe. You could barely taste the coconut flavor. The whole concoction tasted like spicey water. Lacking overall.

Easy Beef Strogonoff

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2001
Overall I thought this recipe was good. I added more spices to mine because I thought it was a little bland. I would make it again.

Fettuccini Alfredo VI

Quite tasty for being low-fat. I made this for my fiance who refuses to eat any low-fat/low-cal foods, and even he really liked it!
