Hello! I'm a 43-year-old, fun-loving Single Mom of two teenage boys. I'm a huge music fan I love to go to Jazz clubs I am particularly fond of the Saxophone! I also love Blues, and R& B I love going to the movies, especially the drive-in. I love creamy foods anything cheesy and flavorful! i make a mean Lasagna. I am pretty good with a crock pot too! i like to make red beans and rice, ox tail soup, jazzy salads and more!

Thanksgiving! we all sit down and tell what we're thankful for over a great meal cooked by the family best!

Roast Duck, one year i cooked a duck for Thanksgiving it was greasy and awful no one ate it we ended up ordering out!

Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf
This was excellent! i did alter from the original recpie, i did not use mushrooms i love them but the kids don't, i used lipton onion soup mix and made a mushroom gravy from dry mix and poured it over the meatloaf when it had about ten minutes left then i put the swiss cheese and crumbled bacon on top, it was soooo juicy from the gravy i will most certaintly make this again! my girlfriend even took my copy of this recipe to make! i have picswill add them 2morrow.

Carrot Ring
Great! i was looking for a side dish but got something much better it almost tasted like carrot cake i sprinkled the top with powdered sugar and made a salad for the veggie, my girlfriends daughter who is 5 really liked it so did both of my boys 15 & 16 they never eat their vegetables this is a good to sneak it in...... Thanks for a great reecipe.
