Jagerschnitzel

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2012
AWESOME recipe!!!! I made exactly except I doubled the gravy ingedients because this might now be the German tradition, but I thought this would be great with mashed potatoes and that gravy tasted amazing on the mashed potatoes too!! 1,000 thumbs up!! Thanks for sharing!!

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
Sauce is way, way, way too sweet - it kinda ruined the meal, but the meatballs make up for it. And way easy to cook in the sauce! Loved that! Also, I decided to kick it up a notch and built each meatball around a cube of mozzerella! YUMMY! Stuffed meatballs are the BEST!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
This is so creative and YUMMY!!!!! I made it back in January and I can't believe I didn't right a review immediately! Since first making it, I have had it 3 more times, it is one of those things that you just crave and HAVE to have!! Sorry, but I am not a blue cheese fan, so I used ranch, and I don't put as much as the recipe calls for. My husband oves blue cheese, so I make him his own and he loves this recipe too! GREAT recipe! Thanks!

Lemonade Pie III

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
This recipe is extremely easy and cheap to make! I personally thought it was a bit too sour and the lemon taste overpowered the graham cracker flavor - to where I couldn't taste it at all- but everyone else in the family LOVED it, so I guess I am just the wierd one! I actually had to double this recipe too, because I couldn't find 6 oz frozen lemonade. The sell mini graham cracker pie crust for individual little pies and I used those so we wouldn't have to deal with cutting slices - really cool!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2008
This recipe was easy and GOOD!!!!! I had to buy more cans of peaches because 2 16oz cans was NOT enough! I had to add 2 more! I shredded cold butter like others suggested (great idea!) AND I added brown sugar to mine as well, I added the brown sugar to the top, on top of the butter, but I think next time I will mix it with the cake batter before putting on top of the peaches because it carmelized too much on the top. Thanks for the easy delicious recipe!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
Ok, first of all - I am the superstar of the office for making this!! They will be rollong out the red carpet for me at EVERY potluck from now on! Second of all - this was absolutely delicious and anyone who DOESN'T like it needs to go to the doctor and get their tastebuds checked!! Third - I used rotisserie chicken from the deli department instead of canned chicken (i'm with others on that one!) and I did not sprinkle cheese on the top - everything else stayed the same. I may try blue cheese next time, but "if it ain't broke - don't fix it!". The cheese makes it a little greasy, but this should be bottled and sold!!!!!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Oh my goodness! These are fantastic!!!!!!!!! I have a batch in the oven as we speak, I felt these were too good not to come and write a review immediately! I used a little more peanut butter and I used butter instead of margarine, but other then that, I kept everything the same.

New Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
This was a HUGE hit at a potluck I brought it to, got a compliment from everyone! I only used one cup of mayo and added minced garlic, bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. I boiled the potatoes slow as another reviewer recommended. When they were done boiling, I cut them in half and spread the potatoes open on a cookie sheet and put them in the fridge to cool faster. The way this recipe asks you to cook the eggs is weird though, I tried it and my eggs were still a bit uncooked. Still an awsome tasting recipe!!

Apple Harvest Pound Cake with Caramel Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
I thought this cake was delicious!!! I love how the top of the cake was crunchy so that when you flip it over, it's like a crust! I didn't pour the glaze over the whole cake, I just drizzled it over individual pieces. With the leftovers, I didn't use the caramel at all, I just ate the cake the way it was for a breakfast treat! So YUMMY!

This was DELICIOUS!! I made it exactly like the recipe, except I used fresh strawberries and I let the geletin sit in the fridge for a little while to firm up a little. The crust is AMAZING!!! My husband AND kids love it!
