Chicken Parmigiana
Using Italian bread crumbs, along with some fresh grated Parmesan cheese and some salt and pepper adds so much flavor, also, that's a lot of sauce, my family prefers just a light dollop on the chicken between the cheese and chicken. I serve this with Parmesan angel hair pasta and a veggie of the day, beans seem to be in abundance in the garden right now. :)

Key Lime Pie VII
This was so good and so easy! I went overboard and used all 3 cans of condensed milk, didn't know what to do with that tiny bit left and didn't want to waste! It does take LOTS of limes, but is so good. I too waited for what seemed forever for the tiny bubbles to appear... finally they did around the edge and I took it out. It took at least 10 minutes, maybe a little more.. I wouldn't wait longer than that or the texture changes. We loved it without the whipping cream, but if you find it tart, have some whipping cream on hand... Perfect! yummm! turned out good the first time :)

Chicken Soup
You know the zucchini is great. When cooked up cubed it taste like a potato. I've been adding it to many things and no one knows they are eating it! Same with cauliflower. Hide the goodness! I also didn't think the Chicken soup was a place for garlic.
