Buffalo Chicken Dip

I make this exact recipe ALL THE TIME. The only change I make is to decrease the hot sauce for my fiance because the first time it was way too spicy for him. I bring it to potlucks and parties all the time and sometimes make just when we're sitting around the house watching football. It is delicious!

Chicken With Mushrooms

This was excellent. I followed the advice of other reviewers and added more mushrooms, sauteeing them in oil and garlic first. I also added a can of cream of mushroom soup. I accidentally put in too much chicken broth so it was a little runny. Next time I will add cornstarch. I also increased the cooking time by ten minutes and did not add the cheese until the last ten minutes. I served it over spaghetti and it was a hit!

No-Fuss Pumpkin Cake

I used this recipe to make cupcakes and they turned out moist and delicious. I used a store-bought cream cheese icing because I was short on time, which I don't really recommend. It tasted kind of plastic-y and took away from the rich homemade taste of the cupcakes.

Chicken Enchiladas II

These are awesome, especially if you love cheese as much as I do. I didn't have any green onion so I used white, and I used bigger tortillas. These also reheat really well. I will make these again and again! Thanks!

Chicken Fried Chicken

This was so easy and tasted AMAZING. I have never made fried chicken before so I was nervous, but it came out GREAT. It took me a really long time to crush up the crackers, but other than that I had no problems. I also took the advice of other reviewers and added a LOT more seasoned salt and some garlic powder, tasting as I went. I also pounded the chicken with a little water first, then coated it in flour, then egg, then the cracker mixture. This is definitely going to become a regular meal at my house.
