Real Strawberry Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
Very dense, it really is a muffin and not a cupcake. I didn't care for them much but my husband couldn't stop gobbling them down so I'm giving it a 4. Also, I doubled the frosting and added a tablespoon of the puree to it. I didn't remove the seeds and it worked out fine.

Grilled Chicken Breasts with Fresh Strawberry Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
So Good! This is now one of my favorites I didn't have everything on hand so I used balsamic vinegar in place of the raspberry vinegar and cilantro in place of the mint but I'm sure its great as written as well. Oh, and I also left the serrano seeds in for the extra kick. I don't really like sour cream so I was planning on leaving it off but decided to put a little dab on just to try it and it was amazing, it added a whole other layer of depth to the dish

Strawberry Cream Roll

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
This tasted great, but my cake stuck to my towel, which I was expecting anyways, it was kind of sloppy because of it but it was good enough. Next time i'll line the towel with some parchment paper or something. **I used Strawberry gelatin instead of unflavored

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2008
I've made this recipe a few times, as written its very bland. The last few times i've made it however, i've followed the other reviewers advice of adding dry onion soup mix and cream of mushroom and the ending result have been 5stars. Its now one of my favorites. But nevertheless, its a completly different recipe which is why im only giving it 2 stars.
