Stir Fried Wok Vegetables

I didn't have all the veg the recipe listed so I just used up what I had and made the sauce. I spiced it up with dried chilli pepper flakes - not bad for a thursday night!

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

The weather was just too good - I had to dust down the barbecue and start cooking on it again! Glad i did - these were a great start. I don't like to marinade my steaks so the garlic butter just added flavour without ruining the meat.

The Perfect Basic Burger

It was the description that made me want to make these! Since the weather was so nice - I decided to barbecue. A simple recipe but I added some fresh spinach leaves and cheese which dressed it up.

Sweet Garlic Tomato Beef Pasta

Don't use 3 beef stock cubes if making this in the Uk or Ireland - just use 1/2 a knorr stock cube. They're much smaller in the states.

Thai Red Chicken Curry

I thought this was an easy, tasty Thai curry and I enjoyed making it but I would not use light coconut milk again - it was way too watery. I had to add more Thai curry paste and dried red chilli flakes to up the flavour. Next time I think I might leave the carrots out too. Nevertheless - it's a good recipe.
