These potatoes are AWESOME. Made it during our camping trip because we were having steak and needed a simple potato meal. Took about the same amount of time to cook as the London Broil. This was so easy and we even had leftovers for great breakfast burritos in the morning. YUMMY.

I did some minor adjustments on this recipe and it was equally awesome. Instead of ground beef try a tube of Jimmy Dean Sausage (cooked of course, depending on how spicy you want it use hot sausage) 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, a whole big block of Velvetta Cheese and a medium size jar of (also depending on how spicy hot, med or mild) Pace Picante sauce. I used regular sausage and Medium Picante sause, it was just enough spice. Just put it in a crock pot and let it melt. Tortilla chips complete it. Never any leftovers...Yum

This recipe was GREAT. I didn't have a single leftover. I was afraid as I was cooking that the sauce would be too bland with just tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper but it wasn't, it cooked up just right. I did, however, add a little spinach leaves leftover from a previous recipe, Yummy. Difinetly a keeper.
