Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

This is the first frosting I have ever made and it was simple and delicious! It was enough to adequately cover a small cake, but in the future I might double in as well just to be on the safe side.

Champagne Cake I

I had to bake this cake for almost a full hour, however it turned out perfectly. The time difference is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I made it for a birthday party and there was not a scrap left. I used the " quick and almost professional butter cream icing" recipe from this site and served it with strawberries. Will definitely bake again, thanks!

Baked Green Vegetables

I used recipe as a guide because I had a ton of fresh spinach and asparagus to cook, and leftover fresh ground and seasoned bread crumbs. I did not use the brussels sprouts or broccoli, but would if I plan ahead in the future. I thought it was okay, something different, but my roommates loved it and kept picking at it before I could even put it away. I give it 4 stars because I did not follow it exactly and because of the compliments and snacking by my friends :)

This was delicious! I think it will be great for cold winter days. Also had roommate approval--even my German roommate approved. I had leftover gravy which I have just been enjoying with rice. The only bad thing was that I had too much oil in my gravy, but I will just dump some before adding the onions and mushrooms next time. Thanks!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

I followed the recipe exactly except I used a beaten egg instead of butter. Awesome! So easy, my roommates loved them, and they taste and look better than traditional chicken nuggets.
