This recipe is killer! After reading other reviews I was worried about the breading being too soggy, and the meat too dry, but I still followed the recipe almost exact. I only changed by using cream of chicken soup because I didn't have mushroom in the house. The end result was full of flavor, and the meat only required a fork to cut! I recommed not subing the wine like others did. Makes for a fabulous flavor! Used pork medallions, which looked not too great when I bought them on sale, but turned out to be perfect for this dish! This recipe takes away the strong pork flavor that I'm not too fond of. Will definately make this again! Thanks for the recipe!
