Mom's Zucchini Bread

I am making this for the second time because it's that amazing. I followed the recipe EXACTLY as written and it turned out great! Very moist and flavorful. This is the first recipe I have used for making zucchini bread and will be my go-to recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Hot Pepper Jelly

This was my first time canning hot pepper jelly and I LOVED the consistency of this recipe. It is more of a syrup than a jelly, which is what I grew up on. Definitely add more pectin if you want an actual "jelly" consistency. I gave this recipe 4 stars instead of 5 because it is very mild and I prefer hot pepper jelly to have more heat, but overall a very solid recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

I have made this many times as written. I always add more pesto just because my family likes extra sauce. Also, I have used diced up Italian tomatoes, or fresh tomatoes in place of the sun-dried for a fresh flavor. One of my family's favorites.

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes

Mother's Applesauce Muffins

Zucchini and Potato Bake

Very good! Doubled recipe to make this a main course for our family of 4. We still didn't have any left overs since everyone loved it so much. Would be great served with a side of rice for those who want more.

Cabbage Jambalaya

This recipe is phenomenal! Not to mention extremely easy to make. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out great. I was worried about the flavor since it included ground beef, but everyone, including my 5 year old loved it! This dish allows for plenty of leftovers (have a family of 4). For those who like a bit of spice, a couple of drops of Tabasco will do the trick for individual dishes! My husband did this since the rest of us don't like extremely spicy food. Thanks for the recipe!

Apple Strudel Muffins

This recipe is perfect exactly as written! It doesn't need any tweaking. For those new to the recipe, the batter is a bit sticky, but still comes out nice and moist! Thank you for the recipe. I will be making again!

Baked Pork Chops I

This recipe is killer! After reading other reviews I was worried about the breading being too soggy, and the meat too dry, but I still followed the recipe almost exact. I only changed by using cream of chicken soup because I didn't have mushroom in the house. The end result was full of flavor, and the meat only required a fork to cut! I recommed not subing the wine like others did. Makes for a fabulous flavor! Used pork medallions, which looked not too great when I bought them on sale, but turned out to be perfect for this dish! This recipe takes away the strong pork flavor that I'm not too fond of. Will definately make this again! Thanks for the recipe!
