About this Cook
Im a gypsy. I love exploring our beautiful country. There are wonderful experiences everywhere you go; natural, cultural, spiritual... I am grateful for my kitchen. Thank you Lord for all things.
My favorite things to cook
I am determined to master easy asian recipes. I can finally slow cook rice. Try Royal Basmati. Its rich and flavorful.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I was brought up with Italian, Polish, and Dutch. My mom is the best! I'm 27 an I still call her to ask how long to cook the chicken!
My cooking triumphs
I havn't killed anyone.
My cooking tragedies
I guess saurkraut is an aquired taste.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
We had some cooked portabello mushrooms left over from last night's dinner so we diced them up small and put them in the stuffing. I can't imagine making this recipe again without them! We loved it! This is definatly going in the rotation.

Glazed Apple Cream Pie
What a great variation! Not your mothers traditional apple pie. Fun to make and a rewarding treat. I prefer it served chilled.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
If your not afraid of fat or calories (and why would ya be?), fold in 1 cup of peanut butter with your wet ingredients while keeping all the other ingredients the same. These cookies will melt in your mouth...adding that extra cup will yield 5 dozen.
