Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I have been using this recipe for years and finally decided to give it a review. This is an excellent recipe that can be modified to taste. The only substitutes I make are honey for sugar and turkey bacon for bacon bits. I leave out the beer also. I like that it incorporates both meat and some veggies so it feels heartier. Every time I make this, there are rarely any leftovers. I have been making it at least once every winter for the past few years and have made it for the in-laws as well who just loved it. The corn chips go perfectly with the dish.

Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo
Wow! Easiest and most versatile recipe I've seen for this tasty of a meal! I've made it twice this week already using pre-spiced, boneless chicken leg and thigh pieces. The first time I used plain Alfredo sauce and the second time tomato Alfredo sauce -- 2 jars and nothing else. Tossed in the pasta noodles towards the end. There were hardly any leftovers -- everyone gobbled this up. Definite keeper!

Mexican Casserole
I'm giving this recipe 5 stars because it's quick, easy and tasty -- all the things I love in a recipe :) My grocer has a pre-spiced chicken fajita mix that I stir fried, then added all the ingredients except the taco seasoning (since I didn't want to over-spice, but in retrospect, it probably would have added more flavor) and substituted pinto beans for black beans. I also added brown rice and upped the amount of cheese to almost a whole package since we love cheese. I didn't use the tortilla chips. Turned out great. Thanks!
