Warm Crab Dip II

Very tasty!! The only problem is that there wasn't enough...if you are planning a party I'd suggest to AT LEAST double it. I also added about a tsp of garlic powder for some more flavor

Eggplant Parmesan II

This is an excellent tasting and very simple dish to make when you are short on time!! My husband is not really into eggplant so I tried it with about 5 chicken breasts cut in half. I pre-baked them for about 15-20 minutes and then prepared it just like the recipe says and it turned out GREAT!! I'll definitely be making this again!

Macadamia Nut Crusted Tilapia

The topping burned after only about 7 minutes in the oven, even thought the fish wasn't all the way done
