Great Recipe. I chose to stuff my chicken with a little bit of Spreadable Cream Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, and a slice of White Munster Cheese. They were amazing. I also stuffed some with roasted Red Tomatoes that I found on the Olive Bar at Whole Foods. Very YUMMY.
