Crab Crusted Grouper

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
Just made this for dinner and it was excellant. I had to improvise since I had no yellow pepper so I used just red, had no scallions so I used chives, and no jalapeno so I used a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. I also took others advise and broiled it for a few minutes after baking. Can't wait to make it again! Hubby and I just got back from the Keys and this took me back. Thanks for a great recipe.

Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
Mde this tonight for dinner along with the whipped butternut squash and roasted brussel sprouts (all from this site) and can't believe how great they came out with so much ease. The roast was so good, hubby wanted thirds. This is definitely a keeper!

Chicken Salad Balsamic

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
Made this recipe last Friday for the first time with leftover Key West Chicken from this site. Since then my husband has eaten the whole bowl and after I made more this morning (made the mistake of going grocery shopping while it marinated) has eaten the next batch too. Needless to say it is quite a hit in my house! I will be makeing this probably every week from now on. It is delicious, low in calories and so easy to make. Thanx for the recipe.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Made this tonight for the second time and it came out better than before. While taking it out of the oven Hubby asked "who's coming to dinner?" it looked so fabulous. There wasn't a morsel left. Made it with rice and sugar snap peas with mint from this site. Will definitely keep making this as it is any easy and tasty way to add more fish into our diet.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
I made this today for Easter dinner dessert. Everybody loved it and my husband couldn't have enough or been prouder (his family). The only changes I made to the recipe is I used mint chocolate pudding and sprinkled Heath toffee pieces between the pudding layer and whipped cream. Came out great and only one serving left in the bowl. Thanks for a great recipe and one so easy to make!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2008
Made these for dinner tonight. Hubby said I out did myself! I've tried so many rib recipes over the years and these can out awesome. From now on this is the only way they'll be cooked. It was too bad I only had one rack of ribs for the two of us. Next time I know to do more. The sauce I thought was going to be too spicy, but complemented the ribs perfectly. I even put some BBQ sauce in my baked beans and the came out great too. Thanks Scott for a great recipe!
