Mama's Balsamic Vinaigrette
I haven't cooked the chicken in it yet.. but I just whipped this up and ate it on some fresh veggies. Delish. I can't wait to try the chicken!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I tried this recipe last time I made a roast. Had never thought of using cream of mushroom. I used a can of onion soup instead of the dry mix and left out the water. Also added a bit of pepper to spice it up. Husband liked it so much, when he found out I was making a roast tonight, he offered to spend his lunch hour getting any "magic ingredients" we needed if I would just make it the same way I did last time. Fortunately for him, I always have this stuff on hand :D

Royal Icing I
I used twice the amount of icing sugar, and it came out perfect for icing gingerbread men. The original recipe was pretty thin, but from suggestions here, i just kept adding the sugar till it was perfect.. The into a ziplock to use for pipping and perfection! Tastes great too. I'm actually gonna use some of the thinner stuff to ice the sugar cooking i'm making.
