Delicious as written. No need to add salt.

Creamed Spinach III
Very good! Made a few minor changes based on what I had. Used 1/2 and 1/2 and (2) packages of frozen spinach. Used only 1/4 tsp nutmeg.

Bacon-y Bok Choy
Made as written. Husband thought there was a little too much red pepper. May eliminate it next time and use season salt instead of plain salt.
