Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

I have made this twice now within just a few weeks ....the first time I was going to make it and freeze for quick dinner nights. That never happened as the whole family ate it up. This time I doubled the recipe, added shredded chicken and now have a few nights worth in the freezer. Great and easy recipe!. Just a tip: I cut down on the cooking time by steaming the potatoes in my pampered chef steamer in the microwave, making them nice and tender, then add it to the mixture. Then I don't have to wait a long time for the potatoes and can speed the process up alot. THANKS for a great recipe :)

African Chicken Stew

Super WOW! this is most excellent!! I made this after a search on this site for a dish to make for my son's African Day at school. I tasted a small bowl before I packed it up and was so suprised! I followed the recipe exact and it is going to be a new favorite in our house! Thanks!

Pork and Shrimp Pancit

My new favorite dish~ I 've made it 3 times this week and each time a little different. Although I have yet to try it with the oyster sauce, I am in love with the freshness and the something different that this recipe brings to our table. I also have never used bok choy before and have found a new favorite veggie! Thanks for a simple and wonderful tasting recipe!!!!

Runzas (Bierocks)

This reminds me so much of my hometown chain, Runza Hut. I seriously cheated and bought self rise dinner rolls, flatted them out and filled them up. Really yummy and easy. I now have a freezer full for lunches and snacks on hand without the effort. Thanks!
