Janine's Best Banana Bread

Wow! So easy AND perfect! I did add some of a spice blend that I have called Apple Pie Spice which is ground cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves.

Spiced Banana Bread

I did make it half brown sugar, half white sugar. But I'm sure it would have been delicious either way. This is the perfect banana bread!

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

I have made this a couple of times and my whole family loves it. Such great flavors and very easy to make.In fact, I used the no cook lasagna noodles which really made it simple. I also added chopped spinach to the chicken mixture to add some greens.

Sweet Potatoes 'n' Pears

The flavor was just perfect - not too sweet but delicious. The only problem is that they were a little too runny - maybe because I boiled the potatoes instead of microwaving. Also, I didn't have any pears, so I used canned cubed pineapple - I loved the taste!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

We loved this! I left out the potatoes and served over egg noodles; also, added a teaspoon of flour towards the end of cooking to thicken. I also added some steak sauce I had on hand (a relatively sweet one)
