I actually got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It's absolutely the best flan recipe out there. It's rich and creamy. The only thing I would suggest is to use only half the cream cheese and you will get a lighter, not so "cheesecakey" flan. That's how I make mine and it's still comes out nice and creamy. Try it, you'll love it!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Absolutely the best pie crust I have ever made! I consider myself a good baker, but I could never make a good pie crust until I found this recipe. Now I can consider myself a great baker! Thank You for this recipe.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Very easy to make. A little too sweet for me. I had half a pie left over and I topped it with plain sour cream, it offset the sweetness perfectly. Good recipe. Thank you

Blue Ribbon White Bread

Wonderful soft sandwich bread. I made half of the recipe in my bread machine. I put it through the dough cycle and shaped it into a long loaf and it turned out great. Thank You Kristin for responding to my request for the "Subway sandwich" type of bread. It was just what I was looking for.

Whipping Cream Pound Cake

Mango Pudding (Flan de Mango)

Corn Dogs
