Gyoza
I have my own recipe for the dipping sauce, but the gyoza themselves were fantastic! A new thanksgiving tradition! Next time I'll have to make fewer so people are still hungry for turkey.

Neat Sloppy Joes
This was pretty good. I cut the sugar by more than half and it was still too sweet for me. I'll try it again with some other seasonings and probably no sugar.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
This is in the top 5 things I've ever eaten, let alone made! Made one tiny tweak: every time the recipe calls for oil or butter, sub some of it with truffle oil. Makes all the difference in the world! I had no problems with the absorption rate. The rice was the tiniest bit al dente, so I'll probably add a little more liquid next time.
