Dijon Chicken Salad

I made this for our church potluck. It is so good, this is the one I will always turn to. I boiled chicken thighs and used that instead of canned chicken, I used a can of water chestnuts instead of the celery, left out the salt, and I added some chopped apple. Everything else stayed the same.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw II

We are pretty picky about our coleslaw. This coleslaw was probably the best we've tried making. I will keep this one at the top of my list when making coleslaw.

Pasta with Asparagus

my husband is so picky and he loved this dish. I used penne pasta and added a little garlic, rosemary, basil, and pepper as well. This will be one of our favorite dishes to make.
