Cola Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
I thought these were fantastic! I took the advise of others to make them with 1/2 ketchup, 1/2 barbecue sauce. I also added some crushed red peppers and Mexican chili spice. They were DELISH! MY hubby loved them too! I will definitely make these again! Thanks for the recipe!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
Was GREAT! I made this with the Irish soda bread recipe and it made it complete! The only thing I did different was to add beer to the water, and used fresh garlic because I had it on hand. Great recipe! Thanks!

Caramel Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
I made this pie to bring to a friends for Thanksgiving dinner. I forgot to rate it at the time but here goes: The taste was great but REALLY RICH. It was eaten by all as it was the only homemade pie we had but......It was sooo sweet. I could have just a small sliver and I even have a sweet tooth! I've tried other pecan pie recipes and enjoyed them for not being so sweet. Not sure I'll make this one again.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This recipe was great! I did use another reviewers advice though. I lined my casserole dish with the extra cabbage leaves. Instead of tomato soup, used tomato sauce. To cover the cabbage rolls I used, as suggested by another the following: For every 1lb of beef- 8oz of tomato sauce, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp worcestershire sauce. I then covered the dish with more cabbage leaves and baked at 350 for 45 minutes. It was delicious! I had to make more of the same sauce mixture to pour over the cabbage rolls just before serving at the request of my husband. He loved it! I will definately use this recipe again!

D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S! Took the others advice on skipping the first step.....and real bacon bits a must! It was the perfect meal for a frigid winter night. I plan on using it for entertaining too! It's a keeper!

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2008
I recently made this recipe for my husband and he loved it!!!!!!! I did as well. I had been waiting to try it and it was well worth the wait! I took the advice of another to make it as a cascerole. I cooked all the ingredients as in the recipe, mixed together and topped with more mozarella cheese. It was amazing! I will definately make this again!
