Ribbon Meatloaf

Great Meatloaf! I am not a big meatloaf fan but I loved this! I even use this reciped to make the mixture for my meatballs.....best that I have made yet!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have to say that I have never actually cared for my homemade chocolate chip cookies......however, I do now after using this recipe. My husband who is the pickiest eater loved this too as well as everybody else that I shared them with! I did not make large cookies though as I prefer the average cookie size. Great recipe.....soft and chewy! Just like homemade should be!

Chicken Riggies II

I loved this recipe!!! I had Chicken Riggies in a very popular restaurant here in Central NY and I have been dying to find the recipe. Well, this is as good as it gets. I make it a little spicier so before I add in the spice I take enough out for my son.
