Yummy! I am a balsamic fan, though, and this is not everyone's fave. I am making this again this evening with a different balsamic (pomegranate vanilla from Oil & Vinegar). The results will be fantastic, I'm sure! Btw, I actually forgot to add the spices the first time, and it was still fantastic...

German Potato Pancakes

Loved these! Yummy! The only thing i did slightly different was squeeze the liquid out of my shredded potato in a colander before adding it to the mix. I made these small and ate them with ketchup (sorry if you find this heinous) although they were great plain too!

Crispy Fish Fillets

Delightful! My picky boy roomies were really unsure about the mustard, but they loved the fish when it was done! I used sole filets, and the potato flakes with the mustard were a great combination. Thanks for the recipe!

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

Interesting. I really liked them, though the vinegar was pretty sweet. I think maybe a little less balsamic would be perfect! I'll try it next time.

Awesome! I subbed oregano and a few other spices for the Italian seasoning, but it turned out fantastic! I made the mistake of taking a fresh loaf to a potluck: they ate it all!

Vinegar Chicken

Holy vinegar! This ran me completely out of apple cider vinegar, and only put a cup in. Even with toning down the vinegar, it was pretty much unpalatable. No one would touch it except me (the vinegar lover) and even I had trouble with it.
