Garlic Dill New Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
I love all forms of potatoes. This is a very easy delicious recipe. The only thing I changed was use dried dill. The next time I am invited to a picnic or potluck I will be bringing these potatoes.

Thai Green Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
My husband and I love Thai food. I was very pleased to find this recipe. As other reviewers have suggested, I use brown sugar instead of white sugar. I omit fish sauce as I just can't get over the smell and add some bamboo shoots. I make this at least 3 times a month. Sometimes I use red curry. This is a very easy dish to make.

Applesauce Brownies I

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
My husband loves these. He now prefers these brownies to the box brownies. I feel better making these as they are not as bad for you. They have a cake like consistency which we both like. I love the taste that the cinnamon adds to the brownies. They are very easy to make. Can be a week night treat. We add the chocolate chips to the batter instead of putting on top.

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
I wish I could give this zero stars. I followed the recipe exactly and I did not care for this. This is not Indian food! I would much rather make Chicken Tikka Masala submitted by Yakuta. That is real Indian food. As an intermediate cook, I would recommend using tomato sauce anytime a recipe calls for tomato puree.

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
My husband got so excited when I stumbled upon this recipe. I have never made puupy chow before. He loved this snack as a kid. We both made it together and it was SO easy. I was amazed. This recipe has the prefect portions of chocolate and peanut butter. Amazing!

Andrew's Herb Risotto

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
This is absolutely amazing! This is the first risotto I have made. I have tried to stay clear of them because they seem difficult to make. This recipe is so easy! I make this at least once a month as a side dish. This recipe makes a lot for two people so I always take the leftovers for lunch the next day. The herb and lemon flavor combo is heavenly.
