Terrific Turkey Tetrazzini

Made this tonight with our leftover Christmas turkey. It was excellent, I used 1 cup of whipping cream in place of 1 cup milk, an extra 1/2 cup of Parmesan, and Johny's Seasoning salt.

Italian Wedding Soup I

Outstanding! The only change I made was to use fresh spinach instead of escarole. I served this with homemade dinner rolls. YUM!!!

All I can say is WOW, if I could give this 6 stars I would. As some other raters suggested, I substituted the milk for 2 cups whipping cream and 2 cups half and half. I also used cheap white bread, the kind that gets really soggy when you add it to the milk. If you are looking for a totally out of this world, rich, decadent desert- look no further.

Alaskan Halibut Lasagna

I have made this for my family and several potlucks, it is outstanding. My picky eaters say they hate swiss cheese, but when I make this dish you'd never know it.

Halibut Florentine

Outstanding! I made this tonight and it was wonderful. It was a great way to get the kids to eat spinach. Make sure to drain the spinach well before you line the pan, otherwise it will water everything down.

Mango Salsa Salmon

This was delicious, it is an awesome summertime meal. I followed the recipe to the letter and it was a hit with the entire family. We eat salmon 2X per week and are always looking for new recipes. This is keeper in our household!

Hot Pizza Dip

I have made this for several different parties. It is always a hit, I don't use the microwave, I bake it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. Also, I use a whole jar of pizza sauce (about 2 cups) it makes it way more dippable.
