These are good, but I am not a big BBQ fan. Somebody suggested an italian version which was sooo delicious.
I browned the beef with garlic and onion. Then, I stirred in 8oz. of tomato sauce and mixed in some crushed red pepper, italian seasonings, parmesan, and mozarella. I spooned them in the biscuits then topped with more mozarella...they were delicious.
