Great! I don't even like green beans and this was delicious! I followed the advice of others and halved the vinegar. I chopped the garlic and left it in...little strong on the garlic, but we love it...so it was perfect.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Very good! Super easy, and was a great way to use the ingredients I had in my freezer. I just put all the meat in frozen and worked out great. My other half (from Louisiana) gave it a thumbs up! Used Creole seasoning.

Very good! Added Bailey's instead of coffee. It was kind of messy looking - I didn't have the knack of making the pudding and cool whip lay nicely. But tasted great! I think it could have used more pudding. Thank you!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Delicious! Used horseradish sauce in place of the mayo and was great. Added more zip. We eat a ton of fish and this is by far our new favorite way to eat Tilapia.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Great! Used Corn Flake Crumbs instead of bread crumbs (which include partially hydrogenated) and dipped in whisked soy milk instead of eggs. Very tasty.

Curried Chicken Salad

I used canned chicken, no bacon, cranraisens, red grapes, green onion, 1 tsp curry pwder, celery, and this was really good. RJ doesn't like curry, but loved this recipe even better than what I normally make!

No Bull Burritos

Quick Chicken Marsala

Added fresh mushroom slices, red onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and accidentally baking powder instead of corn starch to thicken. Still turned out great! next time - serve with angel hair pasta

Craving Cookies

Very good! Loved that it didn't require eggs nor butter. Flattened a bit with fork as others recommended. Might even add more chocolate chips next time...
