Easy Potato Sausage Soup

I reduced the onion to one, nixed the peppers and used fresh carrot and this recipe is a favorite for my family. During the winter, we make this a couple times every month!

Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

These were fantastic! I made a few changes due to what I had on hand and my family went crazy for them. Instead of milk, I used milk cream and instead of 2 eggs I used 1 goose egg. I also added 1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats. I topped them off with caramelized bananas and wow!
