Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
I prepared this recipe last week and loved it. We served it to some guests, who really liked it as well.
My glaze turned quite dark, darker than I think it was supposed to; I probably did something wrong. I used a pretty large pan to cook thes in, perhaps the liquid was too shallow and reduced too quickly. I'll watch that more closely next time.
Other than that, we loved it. I'll absolutely make it again.
