Best Steak Marinade in Existence

How could I not try it with this title?! It is awfully good - didn't overpower the meat, but tenderized a cheap cut nicely. The changes I will make next time are to use just real minced garlic instead of powder, and to cut back on the "green stuff" - too much basil and parsley in my opinion. A tablespoon of each would be more than enough to get the flavor in there, without coating everything in moss-like crud (ending in a nicer presentation).

Perfect Double Chocolate Peanut Candy Cookies

Very good! They stay soft and pillowy, like a nice chewy brownie. I made the recipe as stated with no changes, but I did have to bake mine a few minutes longer, until they looked dry on top. I topped with Christmas peanut butter M&Ms instead of Reeses' Pieces.

Roasted Veggie Pasta Bake

Tasty. I used bagged stir-fry mix plus some eggplant from my garden. Husband raved about it being a good way to get his veggies, but he can handle a heavy meal like this without changing pants sizes. Will save in my "once a year" file for when all our garden veggies are ready next year.

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Really delicious - made as is and they turned out beautifully. I thought 16 servings for a 9" pan seemed like a lot, but you wouldn't want to cut them any bigger - they're very rich! Will make again, won't change a thing.

Key Lime Cheesecakes with Raspberry Swirls

Delicious! I was confused about the directions - it calls for "mini" muffin pans, but I made "standard" size with no adjustments - yielded 22, and I would have liked to fill them up more than I did. Very, very tasty - tart with nice sweetness from the jam. I mixed some of the jam with whipped cream to make a nice lavender-colored frosting. Received lots of compliments!

Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles

Good taste, but they didn't stay crispy after the full 10 days - I actually liked them better when I sampled one on day 5. I would also tie up the spices in a cheesecloth or coffee filter next time to keep them from floating around.

Baked Fried Eggplant

Nice and crispy, but the flavor depends entirely on if the breadcrumbs are seasoned. I used Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream - tangy and savory. I liked this cooking method better than frying.

Olive Oil Dip for Italian Bread

The oil/vinegar/spices combination was good, but the parmesan turned into a gloppy mess with a very strange texture. I used grated parmesan (not shredded), maybe that's the problem - the recipe did not specify. Will try again, but leave the parmesan out.

Blueberry Lemon Bread

Good taste, weird texture - very dense. I don't think the butter should be melted - creaming it with the sugar might give it a lighter texture. I will also try making smaller loaves - a full size loaf took an hour and a half to set in the center, and the edges were burned. I'll try again with modifications - I want so much to like this one!

Mediterranean Chicken and Orzo Salad In Red Pepper Cups

Tasty combination! I made it a day ahead and refrigerated overnight, and it turned out pretty dry the next day - so I doubled the dressing. That turned out to be too much... I'll make this again to do some more tweaking. I was a little turned off by the nutrition stats - but in my opinion, it makes WAY more than four servings as written. More like 8-10 servings, in my estimation.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

I took others' suggestions and left out the salt and the steak seasoning, and used low-sodium soy sauce. Very tasty with those changes, and I can see how it would be unbearably salty without them! Made kebabs with peppers - very good on the grill, nice smoky flavor without masking the meat.

Quinoa and Black Beans

My first experience using/eating quinoa and it was fine... but nothing special. Made according to directions and it's surprisingly bland. I liked the quinoa+beans+corn texture, but I'll keep playing with the spices.

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

Good flavor, but very dense - more like a muffin than an cupcake. Would have preferred something with a lighter texture. I did not use the attached icing recipe, but tried Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting from this site -- the frosting was awesome! Would not make the cupcakes again, however.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Delicious! My only issue (user error, of course) is that I made two 9x9 pans so I could freeze one for later, and all the measurements were off -- not enough noodles and too much of everything else. I'll adjust the measurements and layers accordingly next time. Will leave out the ricotta, too, just for personal preference -- plenty cheesy without it. I also added sun-dried tomatoes. Can't wait to eat the second pan now!

New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

Easy, but bland. The only real flavor comes from the sausage, and it's not very strong. I used the sausage as instructed, and will choose a more flavorful variety next time, and brown it with the onions first. I used frozen hash browns rather than whole potatoes, and frozen mixed veggies rather than just corn, for some more color.
