Banana Fritters
AWW I forgot about banana fritters. I used to make these when I worked at Furrs Cafeteria and I fell in love with them. These are not quite the same but wonderful just the same. I have to admit I use extra powdered sugar to coat! If you're gonna blow the calorie counting you might as well do it good!!

Clone of a Cinnabon
Not sure if it's a clone but it was pretty good. I had a hard time keeping the stuffing in the rolled dough (my butter was melted) so next time I'll try a different method.

Tomato Soup Spice Cake
I had my reservations about this one, but it turned out great. Super moist even 4 days later. I used a cream cheese frosting I had left over from a previous project. Even my husband liked it and he's not a sweets person.
