This is great! It is indeed diet food, so keep your expectations in check. Lost 20+ lbs. eating this for lunch, one egg and one egg white for breakfast, and a sensible dinner. AND I joined a gym and worked out a lot. Good luck!
I've made this soup about four times now and this last batch is not just bearable...its delicious! I used high fiber V8 for juice, one can of stewed tomatoes, and one fresh tomato. didnt have the string beans this time. I grated in two big cloves of garlic and I had some leftover fennel stems, so I cut those up and threw them in also. Put some in the blender to get a thicker texture and then poured it back in the pot. Will freeze in small batches for lunch. Time for weight loss!
