I made this last night following the advice of other reviewers. I did not have bread flour, so I used 1.5 cups wheat flour and 3 cups plain flour. I do not have a bread maker. I warmed the oven to 200 degrees, turned it off, and let the dough sit in it. Make sure you space them apart on the baking pan. mine were spread about 2 inches apart and touched after they had risen the second time. They turned out HUGE! My teenage brother who eats everything in sight was only able to eat one of them. I will definitely make these again.
