Butternut Squash and Spicy Sausage Soup

This is one amazing soup, exaclty the way it is!! I used it last year, and got rave reviews at thanksgiving! I couldn't wait for squash season this year to break it out again. There is no need for the cream, it is plently thick and creamy enough without it!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Everyone seems to love these! I have always had trouble with banana bread coming out like bricks, and these muffins are moist and light! Great for those over ripe bananas, and I even added some blueberries which my kids loved!

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

I made this for some friends we had over, and doubled the recipe. It wasn't enough. Everyone raved about it, and asked for seconds. It is very simple to prepare, and I like that it is a tasty way to add some greens to my children's diet!
