French Breakfast Muffins
I'm giving this 4 stars because they were so easy and I had everything in the house to make them! I used a mini muffin pan and baked them for 12 minutes. I halved the recipe and got 10 mini muffins. I didn't give it 5 stars because they are kind of plain. Next time I will sub half of the butter for applesauce and I'll add some vanilla and cinnamon to the batter itself. Thanks for the base recipe though, and I LOVE the texture!

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
I make this soup all the time in my crock pot! I love it and the only changes I make are some more spices and more vegetables. I also occasionally add chicken or chick peas, especially if I am following the diet. Also, it's great with spicy tomato juice! I portion and freeze the leftovers and they are wonderful!

Creamy Rice Pudding
Delightful! As always, I read the reviews before making this. I already had everything but I did have to make some substitutions. I used jasmine rice since I didn't have short or medium grain. I used truvia (all natural no calorie sweetener) instead of sugar, so 1/6 of a cup of truvia and skim milk. It was SO creamy and tasted great, even with the lower calorie substitutions! Even my chef husband loved it! As someone suggested, we did temper the eggs and milk before adding it to the hot milky rice to prevent scrambled eggs in our pudding. We then calculated the calories and portioned it out into 8 small bowls for 100 calorie snacks! Satisfies that sweet craving without wrecking a day of hard work! LOVE this!
