I have been cooking for over 10 years. I have been in lots of different types of kitchens. I am currently working in a Assited Living Faucilty as a Chef. Anything oriental, also I like to experiment and combine multiple cooking styles and techniques. Currently combined multiple regions together to make my Rib recipe and it is one of the few pork recipes that my wife likes. None I am starting them now. Cooking so many dishes that my wife hardly even wants to eat out. That is tough she is a chain restaurant fan.
